What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role where I can lead recruitment, learning and development, and performance initiatives within a growth-focused, collaborative organization.

I am a Human Resource professional with progressive experience in recruitment, performance management, and administrative operations across public and quasi-governmental bodies.

Currently serving as a Human Resource Development and Performance Management Officer (GMG/SEG 2), I prepare reports, coordinate vetting and onboarding activities, identify and monitor training, and provide coaching and HR guidance to staff and management.

I acted as Director, Human Resource Management and Development (GMG/SEG 3) where I managed recruitment end-to-end, developed HR policies, implemented orientation and staff recognition programmes, and designed retention, succession and career growth plans.

Earlier roles include Administrator at the Cannabis Licensing Authority and Administrative Assistant positions, where I supported payroll/emoluments processes, managed personnel records, coordinated procurement support, conducted exit interviews, and maintained high standards of customer service and office administration.
