At Walmart, I own the full HR generalist function for a 400-associate facility as the sole on-site People Partner, supporting salaried and hourly teams.

I run full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, leave administration, payroll corrections, I-9 compliance, and workforce scheduling in Workday. I reduced year-over-year turnover by 20% through a structured 30/60/90-day retention program while maintaining 100% quality of hire and training compliance.

I built a workforce reporting dashboard for attendance, overtime, turnover, and training compliance that market leadership adopted for greater visibility. I also cut worked-over-scheduled hours to 3%, achieved 98% badging, and standardized time-off approvals to a 72-hour turnaround.

Earlier, I led onboarding and training across two Freddy's locations, managed six certified corporate trainers, and formalized a promotion pathway from Team Member through General Manager. I'm completing a B.S. in Business Management and Leadership with a focus on employment law and compliance.
