Katherine Telsrow
@katherinetelsrow
I build practical HR solutions across recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and workforce planning.
What I'm looking for
I’m a people and operations professional who does my best work at the intersection of people, process, and business strategy. Throughout my career, I’ve become the person leaders trust to take something complex, bring structure to it, build strong relationships across teams, and keep it moving.
My experience spans HR business partnership, talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, onboarding, engagement, reporting, and process improvement across large, multi-location organizations and highly regulated environments. I’ve supported workforces of nearly 1,000 employees, managed recruiting pipelines of up to 30 open roles at once, partnered with operational leaders across multiple locations, and built processes that improved consistency, compliance, and the employee experience.
One of my strengths is seeing beyond the immediate task. I naturally look for the gaps: What could work better? What information are we missing? Where are people losing time? How can we make this easier to execute and scale? Then I bring the right people together to solve it.
I’m equally comfortable analyzing workforce data, navigating a sensitive employee issue, building a new process, coordinating a cross-functional initiative, or translating business needs into an actionable people strategy. I’m known for being organized, resourceful, approachable, and able to build credibility quickly with stakeholders at every level.
I’m particularly interested in remote opportunities across People Operations, HR Business Partnership, Talent Strategy, Employee Experience, Program/Project Management, and Operations where I can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I’m drawn to growing organizations that value curiosity, collaboration, thoughtful use of technology, and people who aren't afraid to challenge “the way we've always done it.”
Ultimately, I’m looking for more than my next title. I want to join a company solving interesting problems where I can make things clearer, smarter, more scalable, and better for the people doing the work.
