What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can use my sales, credit guidance, and active listening skills to build trust, solve problems, and help clients succeed—while continuing to grow in outbound/inbound sales.

I’m a Credit Consultant with 5+ years helping clients move from credit challenges to homeownership. I started as a hot swap credit consultant agent taking calls from people who weren’t successful, then guided them onto the right path through our services.

At Progrexion, I earned promotions from Inbound Sales to Outbound Sales—handling knowledgeable, tough clients and overcoming objections. In outbound, I reached out to previous clients to understand why they left and rebuild trust by welcoming them back to our services.

Before that, I strengthened my customer service and communication skills through email-based support at FedEx and inbound sales work with movers at Revana. I handled escalations through review and resolution via email, and I used active listening and empathy to retain customers who wanted to cancel due to moving costs.

Across roles, I’m known for building value with customers, communicating clearly, and solving problems fast—while staying organized, multitasking, and focused on outcomes. I’m ready to do what I did before for another wonderful company.
