What I'm looking for
I’m a Credit Consultant with 5+ years helping clients move from credit challenges to homeownership. I started as a hot swap credit consultant agent taking calls from people who weren’t successful, then guided them onto the right path through our services.
At Progrexion, I earned promotions from Inbound Sales to Outbound Sales—handling knowledgeable, tough clients and overcoming objections. In outbound, I reached out to previous clients to understand why they left and rebuild trust by welcoming them back to our services.
Before that, I strengthened my customer service and communication skills through email-based support at FedEx and inbound sales work with movers at Revana. I handled escalations through review and resolution via email, and I used active listening and empathy to retain customers who wanted to cancel due to moving costs.
