I’m a results-driven Financial Crime Prevention Analyst / Chargeback & Fraud Specialist with 18+ years of experience across fraud prevention, dispute management, chargeback operations, KYC verification, risk assessment, customer support, and remote administrative services. I’ve been working remotely since 2012, focusing on investigating suspicious activity, identifying fraud patterns, and protecting customers and operations through disciplined case handling.

In my current role, I investigate and manage chargeback, fraud, and returns-related disputes across customer accounts. I analyze transaction activity to spot fraud indicators and emerging risk patterns, escalate high-risk cases, and prepare chargeback representment evidence packages to support dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. I also conduct customer account reviews and risk assessments for customers flagged for unusual activity.

I strengthen outcomes by ensuring every case is documented and compliant: I review, validate, and verify customer KYC documentation against internal policies and regulatory requirements. I handle customer inquiries related to chargebacks and disputes through Zendesk and Salesforce, while maintaining detailed case records and adherence to operational procedures. I’m also experienced in supporting daily fraud operations through administrative and investigative activities.

Before focusing on chargebacks and fraud risk, I built a strong foundation in remote customer and dispute support, including compiling representment documents, managing high-volume data entry and record management, and delivering support through email and live chat while consistently meeting SLAs. I’ve also held leadership and commercial roles—such as Business Development Manager and Dealer Department Head—where I coordinated teams, optimized processes, and produced reports and documentation to support performance and customer excellence.
