What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven customer service professional with hands-on experience across sales, healthcare, and technical support in BPO environments. I bring strong communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills to every customer interaction.
In my most recent role at TRANSCOM as a CSR – Sales Account (Jul 2025 – Oct 2025), I supported customers through the sales process while staying focused on clarity and speed. I’m comfortable working in fast-paced settings where accurate communication and follow-through matter.
Previously, I worked at CONCENTRIX in a Technical Support Representative role (Nov 2023 – Jun 2024), where I handled technical concerns and helped customers move forward. Before that, at UBIQUITY I served as a CSR – Healthcare Account (Nov 2022 – Mar 2023), strengthening my ability to remain professional, organized, and empathetic.
