What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an international HR role where I can strengthen recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and digital workflows while partnering closely with employees, managers, and business stakeholders.

I've managed end-to-end HR operations and recruitment at Ingersoll Rand's oil-free compressor manufacturing plant, supporting hiring, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

Most recently, I've supported HR operations and compliance at Care People Luxembourg across Luxembourg, German, and Danish operations. I bring multilingual communication, SAP SuccessFactors experience, AI-supported HR knowledge, and a practical focus on improving employee experience and HR workflows.
