What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a recruiting or people-ops role where I can own full-cycle hiring, partner with hiring managers, improve funnels and employer brand, and support compliant, inclusive hiring across multiple countries.

I’m a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across Germany, France, Ireland, and the UK, plus 2.5+ years in a dedicated recruiter role sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for technical and business teams.

I partner closely with hiring managers and team leads to build and run efficient recruiting funnels—from job ad creation and candidate sourcing through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding—while strengthening employer branding and inclusive hiring practices.

In People Operations and HR roles, I’ve led onboarding and hiring-manager partnerships across Europe, served as a key point of contact with US headquarters, supported compensation and performance cycles, drafted and managed employment contracts, and handled payroll/benefits administration. I’m experienced with ATS and recruiting tools including Ashby, Workday, and Personio.
