What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a People Operations role where I can improve HR processes end-to-end, support recruiting and onboarding, and use HR technology (HRIS) to create a great employee experience.

I’m a People Operations enthusiast with experience in recruiting, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management. I’m passionate about improving HR processes, leveraging modern HR technology, and creating outstanding employee experiences.

In my roles, I supported HRIS implementation and rollout, including gathering employee feedback to identify optimization opportunities. I also improved onboarding through digital sessions and managed end-to-end lifecycles for students, from recruiting to contract preparation and ongoing engagement.

Professionally, I’ve managed HR operations throughout the entire employee lifecycle—covering recruiting and interview coordination, HR documentation and employment contracts, and payroll preparation with time tracking. I’ve also contributed to HR digitalization, AI & process automation efforts and supported recruiting events and employer branding activities.
