What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue in HR Operations and payroll work—especially with international stakeholders — where I can optimize end-to-end processes, support compliance, and drive HR digitalization in fast-paced teams.

I’m an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist with strong experience in HR Operations, payroll coordination, and international HR environments. I manage the full employee lifecycle and strengthen HR operations through practical, reliable process improvements.

In my current role, I provide functional leadership of a team of 7 HR professionals and coordinate HR Operations activities across multiple teams. I also act as an International Coordinator for global HR topics, partnering closely with HR Business Partners and international stakeholders.

Previously, I served as a Senior HR Operations & Payroll Administrator, managing end-to-end HR processes across several national and international entities. I maintained employee data in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, coordinated multi-country payroll provider interfaces, and contributed to HR digitalization and transformation projects.

Earlier, I worked as an HR Administrator, supporting onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR master data, and ensuring compliance with labour law and internal regulations. I’ve consistently supported management decision-making through HR analytics and reports, while building usable HR knowledge through a SharePoint-based platform.
