What I'm looking for

I'm looking to take ownership of a People function or division, lead a team, and turn modern HR strategy into day-to-day cultural impact through strong leadership, clear communication, and smart processes.

At Temedica, I lead the People function end-to-end for a 55-person HealthTech start-up, covering operations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, compliance, labor relations, and people strategy across Germany and Austria.

I built a company-wide talent development strategy and salary benchmarking framework from scratch within three months, helping reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction. I also shifted recruiting from external agencies to internal talent acquisition, saving €80k annually.

Previously, I advised more than 10 founders and scale-ups at torq.partners on HR processes, organizational change, HRIS implementation, and hiring. I bring a Business Psychology background and focus on leadership, clear communication, and practical systems that create meaningful cultural impact.
