What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a logistics-focused role where I can track shipments end-to-end, verify BOL/POD accuracy, and use TMS tools to improve efficiency—while delivering proactive, timely support through clear communication.

I’m a Logistics Coordinator / Logistic Specialist focused on Track & Trace, coordinating shipping and receiving of loads and shipments while verifying accurate documentation such as BOLs and PODs. I monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, identify causes of delays, and keep records updated in TMS (TMS Mercury Gate, Mebod) while communicating proactively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Before and alongside logistics work, I strengthened my customer-facing and troubleshooting skills through Technical Support Tier 1 and Live Chat / Email / Back Office Support, including airline support with booking, reservations, and cancellations. My earlier experience in customer service and leadership roles (e.g., Team Lead Assistant, Flight Attendant / Cabin Senior Director OFW) shaped my approach: clear communication, accuracy under pressure, and continuous improvement through reliable operations and support.
