I’m looking for a strategy and operations role inside one company—turning unclear goals into measurable results through PDCA and performance management, aligning leaders and execution, and driving operational and financial gains.

I’m a strategy and operations professional with 5+ years turning unclear goals into measurable results. At Falconi, I translated strategy into what teams do “on Monday morning,” using structured methods like PDCA across energy, education, logistics, and financial services—cutting cost, lifting productivity, redesigning how teams were organized to scale, and aligning leadership and operations on the same targets.

Later, I took that mindset in-house at a wealth-management group, aligning a holding CEO’s strategy with week-to-week execution and building performance and reporting from zero. I then founded a sustainable cosmetics brand and ran it end to end as sole operator—operations, finance, product, and go-to-market—so I could own every result and sharpen what consulting couldn’t. I’m now looking for a strategy and operations role inside one company, not advising from outside.
