I'm looking to lead strategy execution, business transformation, and growth initiatives where I can connect data, governance, processes, and teams to deliver measurable results.

I've led strategic planning, commercial structuring, onboarding, and new-business initiatives at Quarto à Vista, including real-estate acquisition analysis, operational due diligence, and revenue-model development. I translate executive direction into monitored KPIs, governance flows, and BPMN processes that connect strategy, operations, and revenue.

Previously, I implemented OKR systems for 34 clients at ImpulseUp, including a 5,000+ employee food-industry rollout that reduced strategic monitoring time by 40% and improved cross-functional alignment by 25%.
