Across nearly 10 years of experience in Strategy & Operations, I built the BizOps function during a 30-to-80-person scale-up, implemented strategic and tactical OKRs across 100% of the company’s departments, established executive performance routines and operational dashboards, redesigned critical processes to reduce execution time by more than half, and managed cross-functional projects valued between USD 250K and USD 1M.
More recently, I co-founded and led the business operations of an AI contract intelligence startup, taking its MVP to market and leading three major product cycles across strategic planning, positioning, pricing and roadmap.
