What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an administration or front desk role where I can deliver excellent customer service, manage records and schedules, support payroll and accounts, and coordinate people and office operations with strong communication and efficiency.

I’m a dynamic, energetic administrative officer who’s motivated by a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service. I bring strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on multitasking abilities and efficient time management to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Across roles in insurance and schools, I’ve handled administrative management end-to-end—scheduling and arranging events, organizing records, distributing mails, processing payroll data, and keeping company policies up to date. I also supervise clerical and administrative personnel, manage office stock, receive and log deliveries, reconcile accounts, and support front desk service through inquiries and guest/visitor coordination.
