My background spans restaurant management, ecommerce and web design, technical support and sales for web hosting and cloud services, and sales/support roles in industrial and manufacturing environments. I consistently met and exceeded sales objectives and supported product and service migrations.
I have led cross‑functional coordination between production, marketing and customer teams, created customer communication sequences and reporting systems, and prepared reports for senior leadership. I have experience managing inventory, production priorities, and vendor/customer relations.
