I’m a commercial professional with extensive experience in B2B and B2C sales, customer service, and account management in both France and Spain. I combine strong communication, negotiation, and client loyalty skills with a solid technical foundation.

Since 2021, I’ve led full-cycle commercial management for B2B and B2C customers for Grupo Sklum (TheMasie / Create). I deliver consultative sales by phone and email, manage incidents, perform post-sale follow-up, and coordinate with logistics and backoffice to optimize the customer experience.

Previously, I supported B2B/B2C concessionaires as a Gestor Comercial y Atención al Cliente at Raytheon in Barcelona, working multichannel (phone, email, chat) and coordinating formations and support for the sales network. Earlier, at Sitel, I served as a Product Expert / Technical Support Comercial for Toshiba, handling specialized product support, backoffice follow-up, and incident resolution while managing customers across French and Spanish markets.
