What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, multilingual customer support role where I can combine customer-focused communication, logistics coordination, and organized operations to support international teams and deliver efficient service.

I’m a multilingual customer support professional with experience in customer support, logistics, and operations. I’m highly organized and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work remotely with international teams.

In my remote roles, I support customers via email and phone, coordinate transport and shipments with accurate tracking, and provide administrative help including invoicing and documentation. I also bring leadership and operational rigor from restaurant management, including team leadership, stock control, ordering, supplier communication, cash handling, and daily operations supervision.

Earlier experience in hospitality and customer service—front desk/reception, appointment scheduling, client database management, and direct sales—strengthened my ability to handle fast-paced environments with professionalism. I’m ready to deliver efficient, customer-focused support wherever my skills are most needed.
