I am an organized, dependable customer service professional with hands-on experience in retention, troubleshooting, and client relations across fast-paced call centers. I have worked with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Intercom and consistently focused on resolving customer issues while protecting customer data.

My background includes roles as a Customer Service Representative and Retention Customer Service Representative where I managed documentation, handled billing and service requests, and implemented process improvements to increase satisfaction and retention. I am efficient, detail-oriented, and practiced in de-escalation and multitasking under pressure.
