I’m a versatile professional with over 14 years of experience in customer service, sales, office management, and early childhood education. I communicate clearly, resolve conflicts, and build strong client relationships by listening actively and turning inquiries into real outcomes.

In my current role as a Receptionist/Sales Associate, I’m the first point of contact, managing calls, appointment scheduling, daily office communication, and estimates/invoices with attention to detail. Alongside that, I’ve built a freelance makeup business delivering customized beauty and SFX looks, while staying rigorous about sanitation and client comfort; I also bring teaching and mentorship experience from tutoring and daycare work. I’m excited to return with the same (if not greater) passion, energy, and commitment that I’ve always brought to my roles.
