I’m a bilingual customer service and support professional with over 4 years of experience focused on account maintenance, problem-solving, and trouble-shooting. I work well under pressure and I’m quick to learn, proactive, and results-driven.

In my roles across customer-facing, HR, and data entry environments, I’ve supported sales & retention efforts, handled quality reports (monitoring, audit billing, and adjustment reports), and strengthened communication and analytical skills. I’m also able to train, motivate, and supervise customer service employees as a team player.

Most recently, I work with United HealthCare as a Data Entry Bilingual Appeals and Grievances representative, where I perform resolving and triage to drive timely resolution. I’m looking for a challenging position that lets me demonstrate my customer service and sales-related skills while contributing with minimal supervision.
