What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer inquiries and complaints, process orders in SAP, and support the team with organized, reliable customer service and coordination—especially in fast, communication-driven environments.

I’m a Customer Care Representative with experience in telephone and written customer support, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and managing order processing while coordinating with internal specialists. Since 06/2026, I’ve focused on resolving cases efficiently and keeping communication clear.

Before that, I worked in retail at Otto’s AG in Switzerland, where I handled end-to-end customer consultation and sales activities. In my Detailhandelsfachmann EFZ role, I recorded furniture contracts in SAP, coordinated between customers and suppliers, and performed goods-in and inventory checks.

Across my seller and allround functions, I also supported cash handling, inventory management, administrative tasks, and strong product presentation—always with an organized, team-oriented working style. I bring SAP skills plus Microsoft Office tools, and I work independently while staying responsive to customers.
