Naw Ruth

I am a Bachelor of Business Administration student specializing in Modern Business Entrepreneurship, currently studying at Panyapiwat Institute of Management. I bring hands-on retail and online sales experience, having worked in convenience-store operations and as a sales and customer service staff for an online shopping page.

My roles have included restocking, inventory organization, food preparation, and maintaining store cleanliness, which taught me operational discipline and attention to detail. In my online sales and support work I managed customer inquiries, processed orders and payments, and resolved complaints via email and chat.

I adapt quickly, learn new systems fast, and am proficient with general computer skills and project management tools. I combine strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset to deliver reliable service.

I am pursuing opportunities where I can apply retail and e-commerce experience, continue developing entrepreneurship skills, and contribute to a team focused on customer experience and business growth.
