I am a customer-focused service professional with experience across customer service, sales, and operations in Thailand. I communicate primarily in English and Thai and have supported customers via chat, email, social media, and phone.

My recent roles include English-speaking customer service for a travel booking project, where I coordinated with airlines and internal teams to resolve flight-related issues, and a data verification role at a crypto exchange verifying applicant information.
