What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a full-time customer service or e-commerce operations role where I can own the post-purchase experience, coordinate support and fulfilment, and work remotely with European or Asia-Pacific teams. I'm open to employment, EOR, or contractor arrangements.

At 99Based GmbH, I ran the entire customer service function for a German D2C e-commerce company, owning service standards, response times, escalation handling, and service quality.

I managed the full post-purchase experience: email and phone support, complaints, returns, refunds, delivery issues, and final escalations. I also coordinated warehouse and shipping operations so customer commitments matched fulfilment.

Through POWERHAUS, I build sports and fitness content for gyms, coaches, fighters, and brands, handling outreach, client communication, production, editing, and delivery. I work remotely from Bangkok with German-native and fluent English communication, and I’m available immediately.
