I’m a Customer Support Executive with experience handling customer support through chat and email. I focus on timely issue resolution while maintaining accurate records and reports using CRM systems.

In my current role at Taskus India Pvt Ltd (2024 - Present), I manage customer support queries, coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated concerns, and follow SOPs and quality guidelines to deliver strong customer satisfaction. I also support operational workflows and documentation processes, keeping information organized and consistent.
