What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and improve AI-governed automation, CRM, and customer operations workflows where human validation, practical adoption, and regular process check-ups matter.

I've built and defended Handshake, a six-stage n8n AI-governance pipeline that produces client reports and internal audit trails, applying the EU AI Act end-to-end. I also built StackFit, a task-first tool for evaluating technology stacks where governance blockers cannot be offset by technical fit.

Across personal projects, I built WARMPATH.IO, a relational CRM for 3,600+ LinkedIn contacts, and diagnosed and worked around a documented Notion/n8n relation-write API bug. My AI Manager Toolkit turns roughly 250 source documents into a publicly deployed, schema-validated governance manual with cross-model audits and GitHub Actions CI/CD.

At Hive, I handled 1,300+ B2B requests across 255 accounts while reducing first-response time by 75% and resolution time by 50%; CSAT reached 95%. At DAWN Denim, I restructured Zendesk end-to-end, rebuilt workflows around user interviews, audited 15+ Klaviyo lifecycle flows, and improved first-response time by 18%.

Earlier, I built a Sheets CRM adopted across ESCP Business School programmes and contributed roughly €2.5M in revenue through sales, CRM campaigns, workshops, and programme development. I see a manual process and my first move is to build its replacement—then keep checking it before it breaks.
