At Ericsson India Global Services, I support BT and USCC telecom operations across BSCS v9+, Vertex, and Spectrum production environments. I manage server checks, release-window deployments, billing operations, and downstream support for approximately 0.5 million subscribers.

I resolve around 30 T3 tickets each month, including SOAP API checks, SQL validations and data fixes, Unix/Linux tasks, UDR rejections, duplicate payments, and RSL/MCM checks. I use Citrix, Kibana, BMC Remedy, shell scripting, YAML, and GitLab CI/CD to troubleshoot incidents and improve production stability.

Previously at Paytm, I monitored system health, maintained AWS-hosted workforce management environments, and handled MySQL reporting workloads exceeding 1 million rows daily. I improved report delivery time by 30% and resolved 98% of OTRS incidents within SLA, reducing ticket backlog by 40%.

I also onboard new team members, create practical production runbooks, present deployment walkthroughs, and collaborate with infrastructure and client teams across time zones. I'm open to expanding my Kubernetes, container, CI/CD, and observability capabilities.
