As a lead advocate at the National Human Trafficking Hotline my role consist of ensuring advocate handle calls with signaler properly and properly document outcomes and summaries/synopsis of each call. Ensuring Advocates are also trained properly in system use, call handling and general organization policies as well as ensuring employees properly decompress when needed.

My responsibilities were to develop sales, client services, billing and IT departments from scratch.

I was extremely thrilled to have developed systems and processes and working with data analytics to find patterns that would guide major business decisions being made every day.

My primary goal was to help grow the company with systems and people, basically people and IT operations.

At TML the goal I was given was simple, prepare all departments for growth by crafting the ideal systems, policies and procedures, as well as finding the right talen at the right time.

I was also instructed to learn all of our products in order to train every new employee for this advertising agency. Handled over 1000 interviews and hired over 300 people over tenure.

At IBC Bank I led a branch in all aspects of banking, including training, interviewing agents for my branch and other market branches, and ensuring daily operations remained in excelling customer expectations.

Duties included B2B sales, supporting daily operations, holding weekly meeting and reporting progress and growth to VP, CEO and other stake holders.
