I'm looking to lead high-scale operations across supply chain, manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, and e-commerce, with ownership of P&L, process digitization, service levels, and high-performing cross-functional teams.

At Dream Deal Group, I own P&L for a ₹100Cr+ business spanning manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, inventory, and e-commerce across five warehouses and one factory. I lead 400+ employees across 10+ departments and drove ERPNext and Uniware OMS/WMS rollouts that digitized approximately 90% of operations.

Across Dream Deal Group, Yogabar (ITC), and Go Desi Mandi, I’ve improved marketplace fill rates from 50% to 80%, reduced RTO from 50% to 20% in three months, cut per-unit delivery costs by 68%, and reduced manufacturing defects to 5%. I build practical operating systems across demand planning, fulfilment, last-mile logistics, inventory, retail, and marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Big Basket, and Zepto.
