I’m an Operations and Supply Chain Leader with 10+ years of experience building and scaling D2C and FMCG operations from early-stage startup setups to large, multi-location environments. I own the end-to-end engine—manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment—so the business can grow without breaking service levels.

My results come from cost and execution discipline. I’ve delivered ₹1+ Cr annual logistics cost savings by developing alternate vendors, renegotiating contracts, and optimizing first- and last-mile routing, while also achieving 99%+ delivery efficiency across appointment-based and non-appointment deliveries across India.

I lead teams and operating rhythms that stabilize operations during high-growth and acquisition phases. I’ve built and led a 200+ workforce, scaling production capacity to 450+ tons and 10 lakh units per month through a hybrid setup of 3PLs and contract manufacturing partners.

I’m also strong in supply chain design and control systems. I’ve designed supply chain layouts (including procurement of material handling equipment and 1,000+ pallet locations with vertical racking), managed ₹70+ lakhs monthly logistics billing with deep spend analytics, and strengthened inventory planning, GRN/stock visibility, ageing control, and loss reduction through MIS and variance analysis.
