I’m a Business Operations Executive with hands-on experience improving operational execution, strengthening client-facing processes, and ensuring accurate, audit-ready documentation across projects. In my current role, I coordinate invoice creation with finance, confirm documentation readiness for auditors, and drive billing and payment follow-ups to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding receivables.
