What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a sales leadership role where I can own territory outcomes, build strong customer relationships, and use CRM-driven data analysis to grow accounts—while mentoring teams and scaling market share through clear strategy and execution.

I’m a Territory Manager at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited (MNC), with a proven track record in relationship building and sales strategy development (April 2022–April 2025). Currently, I’m working with Fomex group as Asst. Sales Head, continuing to focus on customer-centric growth.

I use Guwahati , Assam CRM tools to turn field data into clear decisions. By applying data analysis through CRM tracking, I’ve improved customer loyalty and satisfaction while strengthening account growth.

I’m skilled in training teams and implementing creative instruction styles to help drive significant market share growth. I bring strong planning, time management, and goal setting to keep territories focused and results-driven.
