What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can drive M&A deal sourcing and financial screening, collaborate closely with brokers and stakeholders, and contribute to structured, fast-moving transaction execution that improves buyer–seller match quality.

I work as an M&A associate where I source and screen acquisition opportunities aligned with partner investment criteria. I review financial statements and operating models to assess deal viability, and I manage broker outreach, transaction inquiries, and follow-ups to maintain consistent deal flow.

In deals, I coordinate and execute NDAs, organize and maintain CIMs and transaction documentation within the firm’s deal database, and prepare deal teaser and executive summary materials for stakeholders. I also flag qualified opportunities for internal valuation and further diligence, while coordinating broker introductory calls and managing deal-related communications.

Across my background, I’ve complemented client-facing roles with structured analysis and execution—building detailed cost estimates for NYC construction projects, exceeding sales quotas through consultative selling, coordinating freight dispatches across the U.S., and running performance-focused Google Ads and Meta campaigns with active budget, bidding, and ROI tracking.
