What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced customer support and operations role where I can protect service continuity, improve scheduling and logistics, and drive process improvements—using strong client communication and real-time problem-solving.

I've spent the last few years in client-facing roles that combine direct communication, coordination, and problem-solving under pressure. At Clean4You in Tel Aviv, I managed high-volume client communication, coordinated a field team's daily schedules and routes, and handled service issues in real time across language barriers. In Barcelona, I worked in direct sales - approaching customers, presenting products, and closing deals in English in a fast-paced environment.

What sets me apart is the language combination: fluent English, Hebrew, native Russian and Ukrainian, and intermediate Spanish. I'm currently based in Lisbon and relocating to Spain, actively looking for remote or hybrid roles in customer support, sales development, or operations where multilingual communication is genuinely useful - not just a checkbox.

I pick up new tools and processes quickly, stay calm when things move fast, and I'm motivated to build a long-term career rather than move between short-term jobs.
