What I'm looking for

I’m looking for entry-level opportunities in Customer Support, Customer Success, Client Services, or related customer-facing roles. I’m primarily interested in remote or hybrid positions, ideally with international or English-speaking teams where I can use my English and Spanish skills and continue developing professionally. I’m open to full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities.

I’m a bilingual English and Spanish professional with experience supporting international customers and clients across online education, retail, and hospitality. In my remote tutoring work, I managed ongoing client relationships, tracked progress and goals, answered questions through chat, adapted lessons to individual needs, and handled scheduling and planning independently.

My previous customer-facing roles also involved handling enquiries, complaints, returns and exchanges, following up on issues until resolution, and providing personalized recommendations. I’m now looking for an entry-level Customer Support or Customer Success role, preferably remote or hybrid, where I can apply these transferable skills and continue developing professionally.
