I’m seeking a remote role where I can own client relationships end-to-end—driving acquisition, coordinating delivery, and improving retention. I bring strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving for a global team.

I’m a results-driven Client Success and Sales professional with hands-on experience at ByteeMedia, a professional video editing agency. I focus on client acquisition, end-to-end project management, and long-term account relationship building across SaaS, e-commerce, and coaching.

I manage the full sales-to-delivery flow—from outreach and qualification to pitching and deal closing—then onboard clients and keep them engaged with consistent follow-up. I also coordinate a team of 15+ video editors, handle briefs and client feedback loops, manage revisions, and deliver final work with zero missed deadlines.
