At Great Learning, I own lifecycle marketing for executive education and degree programs, running 60+ recurring automated campaigns each month across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, and IVR. I manage eight webinars monthly, generating 150–300 registrations and 15–30 enrollments through targeted nurture journeys.

I build personalized, event-triggered journeys in WebEngage using segmentation, dynamic content, cohorts, funnel analytics, and rigorous campaign QA. My A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages helps improve messaging, channel mix, and conversion paths.

Previously at Bidso, I generated 1,000+ qualified leads and contributed to ₹30 lakh in sales through WhatsApp marketing across product categories. I also improved organic visibility through SEO, led a WordPress website redesign, and launched product listings that generated 100+ monthly inbound leads.

At Awign, I designed Zoho CRM automations, dashboards, custom modules, and chatbots that streamlined lead capture and customer communication. I enjoy combining CRM, analytics, AI tools, and multi-channel campaign execution to make marketing operations faster and more measurable.
