What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve workflows, build scalable operational systems, develop KPI reporting, and use data to increase efficiency, visibility, and business performance.

My background is in virtual healthcare operations, where I started in administrative and client-facing work and gradually moved into process improvement and data analysis.

A lot of my work has involved identifying operational problems, figuring out what was causing them, and then building practical systems to address them. I’ve built tracking systems, KPI dashboards, reporting workflows, and automated Google Sheets tools to improve visibility and reduce manual work.

What I really enjoy is the process of taking something that’s messy or inefficient, understanding how all the pieces connect, and turning it into something more structured and usable. I’m very hands-on in that sense—I’m comfortable taking a problem from ideation through building and implementation.

I’m now looking to bring that combination of operations, analytical thinking, and systems-building into a role where I can help improve processes and make things work more efficiently.
