At Linkwave Wireless Solutions, I coordinated proposals and tender responses from the first read of each RFP through submission. I broke down requirements, gathered technical content from engineers, and checked that every requirement was answered.
I wrote and edited proposal content, then produced the finished documents and graphics in house. I also drafted ISO 9001 compliance documentation and SOPs, supported business development, and led internal vendor negotiations.
At BMO, I ran monthly corporate events for the Toronto and Montreal offices and measured each against its goals using feedback from executives and staff. I also audited ServiceNow access against Active Directory and wrote operating standards for the Air Miles offices after the acquisition.
My work has also included legal document production, proofreading, and supervising a team of three at Baker McKenzie. In an independent study, I designed and ran a pilot examining whether AI systems favour certain sources when reconstructing bibliographies, then wrote a technical paper and companion policy paper.
