What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I support executives and teams through calendar, travel, and expense management, strong documentation and compliance, and process improvement—using practical technical solutions to reduce errors and help leaders stay prioritized.

I’m a detail-orientated, proactive administrative specialist with 7 years of experience in human resource and office management, scheduling, budget balancing, and administrative support. I’m known for turning repetitive tasks into simpler, more efficient technical and document solutions that reduce inefficiencies and team mistakes.

In my most recent role as an Executive Assistant, I managed CEO and COO calendars, scheduled meetings and appearances, and coordinated high-level travel, expenses, and expense reimbursements. I prepared and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations while monitoring budgets, creating and implementing policy, and maintaining office documentation and space.

I’ve also supported multiple teams and departments, including drafting and proofreading contracts and rights agreements with rigorous document control, and maintaining compliance and confidentiality through record keeping and defined protocols. I’ve served as a project manager for a test program, helping drive results under tight deadlines with competing priorities.

Earlier, as a Reception and Remote Team Lead, I oversaw office operations and health and safety procedures across in-office and remote teams.
