I’m a Desktop Support Engineer with 3.7 years of experience in technical support, focused on troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues while keeping end-user operations running smoothly. I’m confident in managing incidents from diagnosis to resolution, especially in enterprise environments where downtime directly impacts productivity.

Over my roles at EOS Globe (July 2022 to Sep 2024), Teleperformance payroll of Comnet Solution Pvt Ltd (July 2021 to July 2022), and Teleperformance payroll of Elegant network solution (April 2021 to June 2021), I handled daily support needs like assembling systems, installing and upgrading OSes (Windows 7/8/10), and delivering software installations through application catalog. I also install server OS like Windows and Linux, and support setups like Aspect 7.3 and 7.4.

I’m hands-on with authentication and access support using Active Directory for unlock/reset, and I resolve common workstation issues such as network connection problems, hardware faults, printer driver installation, and system trust relationship issues. I also troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and ensure users receive the right laptops, desktops, and accessories as required.

Beyond day-to-day support, I contributed to security and migration work, including McAfee Antivirus installation, configuration, and maintenance. I owned the Zscaler Migration project—migrating the process from McAfee to Zscaler Policy/Proxy and migrating Domestic Business Unit (DBU) and International Business Unit (IBU) from Hyderabad—helping improve how policies are managed as licenses expire.
