I am a dedicated IT Desktop Support Engineer with 2.5 years' experience providing frontline technical assistance across diverse organizational environments.

At Myzeon Ventures (March 2022–Present) I install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals, diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, and administer user accounts and access rights to optimize productivity.

Previously at Call Soft Technology (Jul 2021–Jan 2022) I managed IT infrastructure, developed and implemented policies and best practices, and led a team of IT professionals to improve system reliability and compliance.

I hold an IT Executive certification from Aptron and CCNA (Routing & Switching) training, and I provide end-user training, security guidance, and proactive maintenance; I am seeking a collaborative role where I can continue to grow into senior IT and management responsibilities.
