I am a results-oriented Human Resources Generalist with over two years of hands-on experience managing core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.

At Red | For Africa I designed and executed talent acquisition strategies that reduced time-to-hire and improved candidate quality, partnered with department heads to implement structured performance review processes, and supported payroll and benefits administration.

I have practical experience resolving workplace grievances, improving employee goal alignment, and managing onboarding to enhance employee experience and reduce early turnover; prior roles include broadcast internship and front-desk administration that strengthened my communication and organizational skills.

I hold a B.Sc in Mass Communication and am completing a Masters (MILR) in Industrial and Labour Relations; I bring a data-informed, people-first approach to fostering positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
