What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role where I can grow professionally, contribute to inclusive culture, manage talent processes, and develop training programs within a collaborative organization.

I am a strategic, people-oriented HR professional with hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Currently, I support HR operations at Eko Hotel and Suite, assisting with job postings, organizing staff meetings, welfare activities, and training sessions while ensuring compliance with hospitality labor laws and safety standards.

I hold a B.Sc. in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Lagos State University (2025) and am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), with additional training in Inclusion and Diversity.

I bring strong communication, leadership, organizational development, data handling, and HRIS skills, and I am committed to fostering inclusive workplace culture and driving organizational growth through effective human resource practices.
