I'm looking to contribute across recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, training, HRIS administration, and workforce analytics in a compliant, employee-focused environment.

I'm an HR Generalist at Afem Publishers Ltd, where I've led end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for 50+ employees, coordinated annual KPI and performance appraisal exercises, and supported payroll, PAYE, pension, and insurance compliance.
