What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an HR role where I can deliver end-to-end recruitment, strengthen HR operations and employee experience, and support people-focused processes in a fast-paced organization.

I manage full-cycle recruitment and HR operations at Info FM Radio Nigeria Limited, supporting more than 500 employees across five radio brands. I partner with department heads on hiring requirements, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, and prepare offers.

I also oversee onboarding, employee records in Orion HRIS, payroll inputs, leave, benefits, employee enquiries, grievances, and HR policy updates. Previously, I supported recruitment and operations at Info FM and coordinated administration and customer engagement at Dala Tech World.
