I’m looking for a role where I can drive people strategy—talent acquisition, workforce planning, HR policy compliance, and HRIS-based reporting—while strengthening employee relations and operational efficiency in a culture focused on results.

I’m a highly competitive, results-driven HR professional with a comprehensive background in Human Resources and Corporate Services. I bring a unique blend of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and leadership to enhance organizational performance through people and culture management, talent acquisition, and policy management.

In my current role as an HR Generalist, I lead end-to-end recruitment (from job postings and sourcing through screening, interviews, and employment letters) and manage onboarding and induction to ensure smooth new-hire integration. I also handle employee relations investigations, performance management, and the drafting of KPIs and job descriptions, while supporting training and development with vendor coordination.

I maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems, prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for decision-making, and support payroll administration including PAYE and pensions deductions. I ensure HR audit and compliance with labor laws and company policies, and earlier I built HR strategies and staff handbooks, managed recruitment and onboarding, and supported employee engagement—balancing HR responsibilities with customer service and process improvements.
