What I'm looking for
I am a Human Resources professional with hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR policy, and payroll support. I have delivered measurable improvements in HR operations at multiple organizations, from media to foodcourt operations.
My background includes roles as HR Generalist, HR Officer, and HR Assistant where I led recruitment campaigns, developed and implemented HR policies, coordinated training programs, and supported management with executive-level administration. I also have experience in client support, credit assessments, customer relations, and training delivery.
I hold a MA in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (University of Lagos), a PGD in Employment and Labour Studies, and a B.Sc. in Psychology; I am also a Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (MCHIRM). I seek to apply my analytical, interpersonal, and HR systems skills to drive employee engagement and operational excellence.
